easy DIY recycled sweater project
I just cut the sleeves off of one of my old thrift store sweaters that I never even wore—not once!—over the winter. I made some lovely little headbands out of the upper parts of the sleeves, and I’m going to use the bottom parts for some sweet leg warmers! easy daily detox
If you already fast or detox regularly, here are two things you can add into your daily diet relatively easily to maintain a low level of toxins all the time:
chlorella and cilantro on Natural News
Chlorella is available at many organic health food stores, and the website linked above also sells it. Cilantro is a great herb to add to your herb garden if you don’t already grow some.

I came across Jess’s etsy shop a few weeks ago, and I was amazed. She has everything! Oh, the money I could spend…
So far I’ve used her herbal tooth powder—surprisingly effective!—and her Ultimate Green Drink. I’m very pleased with both. On my list of things to try are her sunblock, mouthwash, bug spray, and rosey chai… and that’s the short list....
